This app is not as bad as some of the reviews, but it is hard to maneuver, especially when there is no one to speak to. My first problem was when I won $1,000, I put in a request to withdraw, and waited…and waited. It states that you will receive an email, but I did not get anything from them. I had an overnight stay at the Casino Hotel coming up and wanted to play my winnings there. Well, I went to the cashier at the casino, and she explained to me that there were requests waiting for me to respond to. I had no idea, but after she walked me through the steps, I saw that they were requesting a photo of my license, a copy of the card that I used, and my banking information. I thought that the requests were a bit excessive, but it’s actually a great source of protection for the player and the casino. I was not able to use my $1,000 winnings that night, but after I sent in the snapshots, the money was readily available. I have not had a problem since. If not for the fact that there is not a more customer-friendly explanation or online customer service, the lack of games, and the waiting period for your deposit to reach your account, I would have rated this app higher.
