Bragg Gaming Group Completes Acquisition of Spin Games

Bragg Gaming Group has announced it has completed the purchase of Spin Games LLC for a cash and stock purchase valued at $30 million, providing a sound boost in their North American iGaming expansion.
The deal came after the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board granted all the required approvals in December 2021.
Bragg will be able to leverage Spin Games’ connections to launch its first proprietary games, including Egyptian Magic, Fairy Dust, and Paradise ticket, on its remote gaming server in Michigan and New Jersey.
The purchase of Spin Games also came with the licenses to distribute online casino games in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
