The $10 million interior makeover at Gun Lake Casino will include a new high-limit table gaming area and an Asian restaurant. By the end of this year, the renovations should be finished.
The ongoing $300 million “Phase 5” development, which will include a 15-story hotel, aquadome, concert arena, swimming pools, and banquet center, will coincide with the modifications made to the inside of the casino.
With 252 rooms, the new Four Diamond hotel will rank among the state’s biggest resort/casinos. The project is expected to be finished in the first half of 2025.
It is owned and run by the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians and is situated in Wayland, Michigan. It has established itself as a top resort and entertainment destination. It’s also the offline partner of Gun Lake Online Casino MI, one of the popular licensed online casinos in Michigan.
Gun Lake has been recognized as the “Best of the West” in the state of Michigan’s casino category by Revue Magazine for the last three years.

Gun Lake Tribe’s $10 million investment will bring a new high-limit table games room, a new noodle restaurant, and a new center bar. According to CEO Sal Semola, the renovations are continuing the company’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience through innovation and excellence.
There will be a temporary reorganization of space in the casino and restaurant area due to the interior remodeling project. However, the gambling area is still open.
There will still be around 2,500 slot machines, 50 gaming tables, a poker area, and other amenities inside the casino. There’s also the 131 Sportsbook and Lounge at Gun Lake Casino.
The distinctive arching dome that will sit over the restaurant, spa, and pool sections is called the aquadome structure, and it is beginning to take form, according to the Gun Lake Casino website, which also has a webcam feed of the Phase 5 expansion.
